Riley Schoolfield, PharmD
Owner, Pharmacist-in-Charge
Riley Schoolfield, PharmD, is the owner and pharmacist-in-charge of Schoolfield Pharmacy. She grew up on a cattle farm in Erin, Tennessee, where she developed the strong work ethic and love for community that continue to guide her today.
Riley graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2016 and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Union University College of Pharmacy in 2020. Following graduation, she worked alongside Marty Blane, PharmD, JD, from 2020 to 2023, gaining valuable experience that helped prepare her to open Schoolfield Pharmacy on November 1, 2023.
Riley married her husband, Chris, on March 14, 2020, and they welcomed their daughter, Georgia, on April 25, 2024. Outside of the pharmacy, Riley enjoys spending time with her family and staying connected to her agricultural roots.
Riley is incredibly thankful for the warm welcome and continued support she has received from the people of Henry County. It is an honor for her to serve the community and help her patients feel known, valued, and well cared for.
Georgia Schoolfield
Chief Happiness Officer
Georgia is the youngest—and quite possibly the most entertaining—member of the Schoolfield Pharmacy team. As Riley and Chris’s daughter, she can frequently be found visiting the pharmacy, bringing plenty of personality, smiles, and excitement wherever she goes.
Georgia takes her role as Chief Happiness Officer very seriously. She keeps the team laughing, enjoys greeting familiar faces, and reminds us that the pharmacy is truly a family business. We love watching her grow up surrounded by the patients and team members who make Schoolfield Pharmacy so special!
Haley Crouch
Pharmacy Technician
Haley was one of the first employees to join the Schoolfield Pharmacy team. She began working with us while she was in high school through a work-based learning program, helping count and prepare prescriptions. After completing the program, she chose to stay—and we are so glad she did!
Now a college student, Haley continues to work with us during the summer and after classes throughout the school year. She has become one of our go-to problem solvers and is always looking for ways to help the pharmacy operate more efficiently.
We have truly enjoyed watching Haley learn and grow, and we are thankful that she continues to be such an important part of our team!
Morgan Chilcutt, PharmD
Staff Pharmacist
Morgan grew up in pharmacy and now serves as our staff pharmacist at Schoolfield Pharmacy. You can usually find her working the bench, caring for patients, and stepping in to help her teammates whenever needed. Her knowledge, dependability, and calm presence make her an important part of our team.
Morgan also grew up in agriculture. When she isn’t at the pharmacy, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two children—usually while they are involved in some type of livestock project. We are so glad to have Morgan on the Schoolfield Pharmacy team!
Brenda Parker
Medication Synchronization Specialist
Brenda is our Medication Synchronization Specialist and the driving force behind Schoolfield Pharmacy’s Med Sync program. She helps coordinate our patients’ prescriptions so they can conveniently pick up all their medications together—either once a month or every 90 days. Her organization and attention to detail help make managing medications simpler for our patients and keep our Med Sync program running smoothly.
When Brenda isn’t keeping everyone’s prescriptions on schedule, you can usually find her at Miss Kays! We are so thankful for everything she brings to the Schoolfield Pharmacy team.
Katie Millard
Pharmacy Clerk
Katie was one of the very first employees to join the Schoolfield Pharmacy team and has been an important part of our pharmacy from the beginning. She is currently attending Mississippi State University, and we are incredibly proud of her and all she is accomplishing.
Katie returns to work with us during her college breaks and is truly our “jack of all trades.” Whether she is helping patients up front, assisting the team in the pharmacy, or stepping in wherever she is needed, we can always count on her. We are so thankful that Katie continues to be part of the Schoolfield Pharmacy Team!
Lauren Chandler
Pharmacy Technician Trainee

Delaney Abbott
Front-End Manager and Pharmacy Clerk
Delaney has been part of the Schoolfield Pharmacy team since December 2025. As our front-end manager and pharmacy clerk, she is often one of the first friendly faces our patients see when they visit us. Delaney does a wonderful job greeting everyone and making each patient feel welcome. She is friendly, polite, hardworking, and always willing to help wherever she is needed.
Outside of work, Delaney enjoys spending time with her family and her horses. We are so happy to have her as part of the Schoolfield Pharmacy team!
